Crosswalk of PHEP Capabilities and Public Health Preparedness & Response Core Competencies
The IPERLC partners requested a crosswalk between the PHEP Capabilities and the Preparedness and Emergency Response Core Competencies to be used as a resource for enhancing their training plans. Two documents were prepared. The first document is a crosswalk of competencies at the individual level, while the second one is a crosswalk at the organizational level. The challenge was how to address the goal that everyone in the organization would have a shared understanding of certain knowledge, skills, and attitudes related to preparedness. We welcome your feedback and questions.
